After joining the Colliers Industrial Group in 2006, Michael quickly established a strong presence in his market. His client list is comprised of multi-national companies, local entrepreneurial business owners, and start-ups.
As the head of the Life Science Division of Colliers in Philadelphia, he offers expertise in lease negotiation, purchase and sale transactions, and the marketing of manufacturing and industrial flex properties.
His professional experience allows him to assist with the development of comprehensive real estate plans for business owners and real estate professionals. He further realizes the importance of understanding his client’s needs while focusing on customer service, and ultimately, results.
